Dont let the size fool you because every square inch of this duplex unit is well utilized, making it appear much larger than one would ordinarily expect! The house was renovated in the spring of 2007 with beautiful tile floors and fine carpeting. Kathys Kottage is located on the second row and there is a vacant lot between the house and the ocean, providing a lovely scenic view. The large sun deck on the ocean side of the house is equipped with rocking chairs with plenty of built-in benches all around, which makes for nice, cozy family gatherings, especially at night!
