I love my home is quiet and was ideal for me and my family until we had another baby..now we need more space. The annual maintenance fee includes my Water rates, Buildings Insurance, cleaning of my windows and a weekly Garden maintenance. The gardens are huge and very very tidy, excellent for BBQ's in the summer. Our home is tucked away from the main road but only a 1 minute walk and we're at the bus stop directly into town or a 10min walk into town centre.
