It will include managing all the utility supplies and upkeep of the infrastructure, refuse collection and disposal and grounds, buildings and facilities maintenance.Additionally the Management Services company will operate a rental and exchange program for those residents who require these services as well as security, health, fire and rescue and transportation operations. A full range of hospitality, concierge, and housekeeping services will also be available for residents.An annual maintenance fee will be levied to pay for the routine management function, with direct charges for certain other services such as cleaning and laundry as required.
