The farm house : The farm house, renovated with care and respect for the original features, has been reconverted into apartments and rooms for relaxing holidays. It has a large garden with a large panoramic swimming pool, a gourmet restaurant for on-site dining & wining, large terrace, bicycle rental and wireless Internet. The Casale is situated in an ideal position, not too far from the main tourist attractions: Siena, Arezzo, Perugia, Cortona, Montepulciano, all towns rich in history and art with regular cultural events (concerts, art exhibitions, theater, traditional shows). The apartments : Il Lago This apartment is situated on the first floor and comprises a large bedroom for three people, a comfortable bathroom and a cooking area in the old style. It is named after the lake which it overlooks, where migrating herons and wild ducks stop to rest. La Mansarda This apartment has recently been renovated and is situated in the highest part of the farm house. It is provided with air conditioning and comprises a double bedroom with a round window that allows a wide view of the valley, a living room with double sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen with dining area. The rooms : There are four rooms, furnished following the tradition of old Tuscan farm houses but with all the facilities and conveniences of modern houses. Near the farmhouse there are riding stables, tennis courts, golf courses, multipurpose fields for soccer, basketball, volleyball, and three lakes to fish: Lake Trasimeno, Montepulciano and Chiusi. On Lake Trasimeno it is also possible to practice sailing, canoeing, windsurfing, water skiing. The lake of Montepulciano, LIPU wildlife reserve, is equipped for bird watching. Cancellation Policy 1) FOR THE ROOMS: You may cancel without charge up to: •7 days before arrival in case of reservations up to 3 nights •15 days before arrival in case of reservations of more than 3 nights In case of following cancellations the credit card shall be charged: •for the amount of the first night in case of cancellations within 7 days before arrival for reservations up to 3 nights •for the entire amount in case of cancellations within 15 days before arrival for reservations of more than 3 nights 2) FOR THE APARTMENTS (IL LAGO AND LA MANSARDA): •You may cancel without charge up to 30 days before arrival •In case of cancellations within 30 days before arrival the entire amount will be charged on the credit card 3) FOR THE ENTIRE CASALE DI BROLIO: •You may cancel without charge up to 60 days before arrival (excluding the deposit which is non-refundable) •In case of cancellations within 60 days before arrival the entire amount will be charged on the credit card - When you hire the Casale exclusively breakfast is included for all the guests and we require a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total amount. - In the period 23/6 - 31/8 it is possible to book Half Board at € 27, 00 per person per day, drinks excluded, non-discountable. Half board has to be booked for the entire duration of your stay and is subject to our cancellation policy. DISCOUNTS - Long Stay Discount: 5% in case of minimum stay of 7 nights. - Early Booking Discount (non refundable): For all bookings made at least 30 days before arrival date and which are charged to the credit card 20 days before arrival: 8% discount.
