A house on the beach, just 30 m from the sea, with use of the pool... What more could you want! The house is brand new for 2009 and will sleep up to five people. The location is simply fantastic! Close to Souvala (3 km) but out of town so quiet is assured. Accommodation consists of: Double bedroom, Living room with a double sofa bed, kitchen with corner fireplace and a single sofa bed. The house is detached and has a private terrace facing the sea. The pool belongs to a small apartment complex next door, and the house is owned by the family who own the apartments. However the house is set slightly apart from the apartments and has a private feel. Drinks and snacks are available at reception, or you can keep to yourself if you prefer and use the kitchen in the house to self cater, or eat out at the excellent tavernas nearby, the closest of which is about 150m away. If required a boat can be hired during your stay, and can be moored at the jetty just a few metres from the house. Please enquire for prices etc. as these will depend on the type of boat you prefer. The house is equipped with a broadband internet connection, and there is a telephone. Calls are charged at €0.12 per unit. A washing machine is available if required.
